Summer Instructional 6 & Up
These Instructional Gymnastics classes are for girls ages 6 years and up. Six year olds should be able to perform a cartwheel movement before moving from Gym Bees into the Instructional Girls classes. Students in these classes are grouped by ability (Beginner, Novice who can do a roundoff, and Intermediate who can do a bridge kickover). Each child receives instruction on all the Olympic events as well as tumbling and double mini trampoline.
Our classes follow the USA Gymnastics levels and guidelines, providing each child with the opportunity to work on and master a series of progressive gymnastics skills on the Olympic apparatus. Along with gymnastics skill development, we strive to develop poise, character, confidence, and self discipline. Students work to improve their physical fitness as they participate in the fun and exciting sport of gymnastics.

All Class Students (EXCEPT FOR BABY BEES) through Pre-team must wear GRIPPER SOCKS. You can purchase them from our online store for $4.00 including tax for your child to pick up at class or camp and then let us know at drop off that your child has socks waiting at front counter from an order. Anyone attending our summer camps must wear gripper socks.
CLOSED for Classes: Halloween at 4pm, Thanksgiving Thur, Fri, Sat and Sunday, Holiday Break Dec 24-Jan 1st, Easter Sunday, and Memorial Weekend Saturday thru Monday. (Team and Pre-team have different holiday closings)
