Make Up Classes
To maximize learning we strongly recommend you attend your regular class each week, except when you are sick. If your child is ill, please keep them home for 24 hours after being fever and/or symptom free. The make ups are a courtesy we offer you.
Students do not get make ups for our scheduled closings for holiday breaks. Scheduled Closings include: Halloween Evening, Thanksgiving Weekend Thurs thru Sun, December Holiday break Xmas eve thru New Years Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Weekend Saturday thru Monday, and July 4th.
CANCELLATIONS: If you are unable to attend the makeup class you registered your child for, please cancel by emailing us (fun@harfordgymnastics.com) at least 24 hours in advance of the start time to be eligible to re-schedule your make up class.
NO SHOWS: Please note that we will not be able to re-schedule make ups due to a no show.
Make Up Policy
Holiday Closing
Make Ups or Credits are NOT issued for Holidays and Scheduled closings.
Monthly Tuition is based on an average of four (4) weekly Classes/lessons per month. Some billing cycles may have certain days where there are actually five (5) lessons per month. We do not charge extra for those months. Hence, over time, classes average four (4) per month.
No make ups for our scheduled closings.
Weather Closing
Make Ups may be scheduled for weather closures.
We may close for inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
We DO NOT follow Harford County closings.

Use your own discretion when deciding on Travel.
Missed Attendance
Make Ups may be scheduled for missed classes by students as long as you are enrolled as an active member in our program.
No Make Ups can be done once you unenroll.
We allow one (1) Make Up class per month, if students miss a class. Make-ups do not transfer between sessions and must be done during current session.
Please contact us for any extenuating circumstances that may require multiple Make Up options.
Unforeseen Closures: We offer Make Up classes for times we may be closed for unforeseen circumstances such as utility failure or government shutdown. There are no refunds, but we will allow make ups.
