Join us for A Party to Remember for your Special Birthday Child. FREE T-shirt! Harford Gymnastics offers action-packed and exciting parties for ages 2 years and up! One hour of time is spent in the gym & then one hour is spent in our party room with your refreshments.
Fun for your child...Easy for You...TOP NOTCH STAFF! Click Here to see some of our Fun! EVERY PARTICIPANT must RSVP through our Party Calendar. They cannot participate without a signed waiver which is completed during your RSVP ONLINE.
Our parties involve an array of physical challenges involving balance, agility, strength, and coordination. Party participants will be involved in obstacle courses, trampoline activities, climbing and swinging challenges, and parachute play. Fitness games and activities are all incorporated into the party happenings!
Parties Must be scheduled ONLINE. Give us a call if you need assistance.
Party Fees for Members:
Classic Party: for 1-15 children (including the birthday child) $285
Deluxe Party: 16-20 children (including the birthday child) $315
Mega Party : 21-25 children (including the birthday child) $350.
*Non-Members are welcome to schedule a party. Non-Member fee is an $10 additional to the above price.
- Payment is due at time of scheduling. If you cancel your party more than 3 weeks prior to the party date, money is credited (minus a $30 scheduling fee) to your account for a future party.
- There are no credits for parties cancelled less than 3 weeks prior to the party date.
- Parties canceled by our center due to inclement weather or emergency closings will be re-scheduled. We do not give refunds if you cancel.
- Your initial confirmation will show the Basic Classic Party Price of $285.00. After we individually review your registration information for your party, any additional costs such as Non Member fee or upgraded party package will be added. Your party will be charged within 3 business days of scheduling it.
- You can upgrade your party if we are notified 7 days prior to your party. We do not allow downgrades.
- We can accommodate over 25 at the price of $20 per person, but would require at least 3 weeks advance notice so that we can schedule extra staff.
What we provide:
- One FREE T-shirt
- Electronic Invitation. You can request Postcard Invitations (Must pick up if you need them)
- Paper Plates (5" white cake plates)
- Cups
- Napkins
- Tablecloths
- No tape on the walls please
- We have a refrigerator available for your use. We do not have freezer space available.
What You Provide:
- Online RSVP. Your guests MUST REGISTER ONLINE for the RSVP one week prior to your child's party to participate. You will get an email for the link for your guests to sign up. They can not participate unless they are registered for your child's party thru the online registration system. This must be completed by a parent or guardian. You can not complete the RSVP for another parent.
- Utensils for refreshments based on what food you provide
- Lighter for candles, knife for cake
- Any extras you desire (like goody bags, treats, etc)
- We suggest you do NOT have the birthday child blow out candles on a cake that everyone else is going to eat. We suggest that they have candles on a cupcake or separate cake. We encourage you to help keep others safe from germs.
Important Party information:
- Parties must be paid in full at time of scheduling.
- Party participants include any child of any age that is utilizing the equipment and/or doing any of the activities during the 1hr. gym activity time.
- ADULTS are not allowed, under any circumstances, to be using any of the equipment or pit area.
All party participants MUST have a RSVP Waiver completed by a Parent/Legal Guardian for your Party from our Party Calendar on our website.
